The staff here is always so kind and welcoming and non judgmental. Few doctors’ offices truly feel like safe spaces, but the staff here has worked hard to achieve a safe and welcoming environment for their patients. Special shoutout to Esther, Suzette, and Dr. Gladys! The team here is phenomenal and deserves all the praise in the world - you will be in the best possible hands for your care :)

Hate that there is no direct way to contact any of these offoces especially of you need some paperwork filled out in a timely manner . Doesn’t matter if you go in and bring it or email it to them . Always takes 2 weeks or more for them to send anything back . The service and the wait isn’t too bad when it comes to seeing a patient but if you need a refill on something you’re waiting as well because like i said its a hotline and your sending message through a main line hoping they get back to you the same day . Considering switching to a more direct office That can cater to urgency as much as i like Dr. benjamin for my son its really a headache.
