Worst medical service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a patient since late 2024, and every visit has been the same: extremely long wait times, poor coordination, and zero respect for patients’ time. Appointments here are meaningless—you can arrive early and still wait 2–3 hours just to receive injection. Yesterday visit was the final straw. I checked in early and waited over an hour without being called, while multiple patients who arrived after me were seen first. When I went to the front desk to ask, the receptionist casually said they “forgot to change my status in the system.” This is not a one-time mistake—it has happened repeatedly, which clearly shows ongoing mismanagement. After that, I was told to wait again. No urgency, no attempt to fix the issue. Meanwhile, more patients continued to be called ahead of me. Communication was completely unprofessional—they shouted my name across the room just to say they would call me “soon,” instead of addressing the situation properly. Not a single apology was given. At that point, I had already waited over an hour just for the initial step (vital signs), so I decided to leave. About 20 minutes later—only after I was gone—they finally called my phone asking if I was still in the clinic. That alone shows how disorganized and careless this place is. This clinic consistently wastes patients’ time and shows no accountability or basic courtesy. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this place unless you’re prepared to be ignored, delayed, and treated like your time does not matter.
