I am both a PCP and Cardiology patient here. I had a cardiology appointment today; my appointment took much longer than expected and I eventually had to inform the staff I needed to leave ASAP if I was going to make it to work on time. The doctor ran over as quick as she could and gave me my final test results/instructions as quickly as possible. The front desk staff let me know they’d call regarding scheduling so I could get out quickly. I really appreciate the efforts the staff made to try to get me on my way. As we all know, doctors offices are busy places with lots to attend to, so I wanted to come on here and thank them for their help today. The care itself was, as always, very involved and understanding. I’m very happy to be a patient there and have recommended them to several friends!

Please do not go here. They push their internal cardiology services to no end (make you really feel like you have an issue since they are medical professionals, assure you that it will be covered by insurance, etc) and then you are hit with a huge bill for useless testing. I’ve had two visits with their PA and was pressured with suggestive cardiology questioning both times before they got me to agree after saying insurance will cover it (insurance didn’t, of course). Before you make an appointment, look this place up in more detail, there are a ton of people who have had this experience and have discussed theirs experiences at length. The PA will “strongly suggest” that you come back after your first visit to see your test results (even if all normal), and you WILL be billed for after this visit as well (in addition to them trying to sell you once again on these heart tests). My family has doctors, and they are shocked no one has contacted NYS about this internal referral billing fraud. Zocdoc needs to remove these practitioners asap.
