I had a great experience here! It was my first time ever picking out glasses for myself. I did have a bit of nerves, admittedly. Talking to Samantha took those nerves right out of me. She was immediately offering suggestions, rather than just letting me browse without any clue of what to do. She was very helpful in providing me with her vision (GENUINELY no pun intended) regarding which glasses would look best on me and what aspects I should be considering. I felt very comfortable. There is also a 50% off sale on lenses and frames that lasts for another month or so!

Stopped in the store at 500 Lexington Ave. With a broken pair of eyeglasses that my coworker who is visiting from out of town had an issue with. I got help right away and they were able to quickly fix the issue. I thought I would have to pay for the repair, but they were nice enough to cover the expense as it just required a new screw.
