Let me tell you, I came to New York registered Agent with a handful of problems that I was trying to resolve. I had one main issue to take care of, but managed to handle all of the things I needed in one go. I explained myself to a gentleman named Amos, and he immediately jumped into helping me with everything that I needed, and we got it all done in an hour of time. Early in my business formation I tied myself at the hip to LegalZoom, and from the beginning, dealing with them was highway robbery. 0/10 would not recommend. I spent an astronomical amount of money to form my LLC with them, and genuinely 95% of what I paid them for was *useless*. I got on the phone with Amos, hoping to resolve the issue of acquiring a new registered agent ($49 for the year, AMAZING compared to LegalZoom who charges $250 👎🏾), but decided instead to see if I could kill five birds with one stone. I got everything taken care of with his help: I got a new registered agent, I got my publishing requirement handled, I got a virtual office which also came with a phone number, they even gave me a lease for the virtual office, which is excellent for the paper trail! They're filing the paperwork for me to do the change of registered agent (an additional fee I gladly paid to be rid of the headache). They're getting my publication requirement settled and all I have to do is wait for the confirmation email that everything is done. It's an issue I've been sitting on for way too long and had a lot of anxiety about dealing with it, and now it'll be taken care of without me having to lift a finger. I did not know what was going to happen when I got on the call, but by the end of it, I was so relieved. I don't think I've ever been this happy about legal filings in my life. If you need someone to help you with your LLC in any capacity, these are the people that you wanna talk to. And if you can manage to get Amos on the phone, that's the guy you wanna talk to.
