I’ve been seeing Dr. Chang for two years, and she genuinely cares about her patients’ eye health, combining holistic approaches with traditional medicine. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my eyesight thanks to her thoughtful care. Joann at the front desk always greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel truly welcomed. She is incredibly helpful with everything—from fixing my glasses to replacing my sunglass lenses. Highly recommend Dr. Chang and her team.

My eyes have just recently began to decline, so I only have a few experiences to draw on, and none of them were all that good with the exception of this one, which was seamless and professional from the minute of scheduling to doing a follow up after getting my glasses. It was by far the best experience with any type of doctor that I have had in a very long time. Right from the beginning of my visit, I was greeted by two very pleasant ladies. Dr. Chang was very knowledgeable and took care to do a thorough exam informing me and had a real sense of caring what I needed. When I went to pick out the glasses in the front, the woman who helped me choose, was very knowledgeable about options for the glasses they had for sale, and she had a good sense of fashion. I was always made to feel welcome and not a burden, even though I was very finicky about my choice. I have had my glasses for almost a month now and I am thoroughly satisfied.
