I usually don’t leave Google reviews because I normally have good experiences, but this time was different. I went to this glasses store on Avenue M and was told my glasses would be ready in two weeks. I got the new pair, but after only two weeks they were already broken. When I came back, they told me not to worry because they would replace them under a free warranty and asked me to return in another two weeks. When I went back to pick them up, they suddenly tried to charge me $25. I asked why I was being charged if it was supposed to be covered under a free warranty, and they couldn’t give me a clear explanation. I already spent a couple hundred dollars on these glasses, so being asked to pay extra for something they promised would be free was very disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this store and I will not be returning.
