Employees are seen on their lunch breaks and before going into work smoking marijuana. Isn’t this the department of health? These employees are unprofessional and you often hear them cursing, unprofessionally dressed and acting rowdy. Why isn’t the code of conduct and dress code reinforced? How are employees like this being hired? There are tons of public health professionals looking for jobs that are overlooked by these agencies. The city of New York is funding this?!
