My experience at CityMD was excellent. The staff showed genuine concern for my health and took the time to provide helpful and healthy recommendations. They clearly explained the next steps I needed to take, including scheduling an endoscopy, which made me feel informed and supported throughout the visit. The PAs were professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I think having additional physicians available alongside the PAs could make the experience even more comprehensive for patients needing specialized follow-up care. Overall, my experience was great, and I would definitely recommend CityMD to others.

Mixed experience at CityMD Amboy Road. The facility is clean and the staff are generally pleasant, but the wait times can be really excessive even when the place doesn't appear that busy. The medical care itself was adequate and the doctors were thorough once you finally got seen. For a urgent care the whole process felt slower than it should. Fine for non-emergency situations but be prepared to wait.
