Excellent services at this facility. My appointment was done on time. Staff and PA Pam were very professional. Follow up call I made about X-ray results given by clinician answered my questions. Top notch facility

I was very disappointed with the bedside manner of Dr. Joslin Thomas. During my visit, she confirmed that I had a fever and provided me with a one-day sick leave note. However, I overheard her telling a colleague that I was “trying to skip work.” I work in a nursing home, where taking illness seriously is critical for patient safety. Hearing a physician make that kind of judgmental comment—especially within earshot of a patient—was upsetting and unprofessional. There was no empathy or remorse shown. Patients deserve respect, discretion, and compassion. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that. And I will be reaching out to upper management. Never again !!!!!
