My experience was great. I always get taken care of when I go here. Madina is professional and courteous. She helped me with my paperwork. Made sure it was done correctly. I would definitely go back and would recommend to family and friends.

I had a very disappointing experience at CityMD. I initially went in due to severe pain in my left ear, as the nurse at the school where I work suspected I had an infection. The receptionist was very pleasant, and the nurse who brought me into the room was also professional. However, my interaction with the Asian “doctor” if you want to call him a doctor, because I didn’t even get his name was extremely concerning. He was very rude and inconsiderate. During the exam, he handled the otoscope roughly while checking my right ear, causing me significant pain. I was startled by how uncomfortable the exam was. Despite my symptoms, I was told that nothing was wrong and was advised to go home and drink water. When I tried to ask questions and express my concerns, the doctor appeared dismissive and annoyed, repeating the same advice without further explanation. The entire visit lasted less than five minutes, and I left feeling unheard and frustrated. Two days later, my condition worsened significantly, and I sought care at ModernMD Urgent Care. The experience there was completely different. The staff was attentive and compassionate, and the doctor who was amazing and very caring conducted a thorough evaluation. I was diagnosed with a serious infection in both ears and my throat and was told it could have spread further if left untreated. I am now on antibiotics, ear drops, and steroids. This was my first and last visit to CityMD and I wouldn’t even give it 1 star but it didn’t let me post it without giving it a star. I strongly encourage better attention to patient concerns and more thorough evaluations in the future.
