Very disappointing visit. I waited and paid about $250, but the doctor spent no more than two minutes with me, seemed completely disinterested, and did not even listen to my lungs despite my cough and respiratory symptoms. He only looked at my ears after I described my own concern, quickly diagnosed a secondary ear infection, and prescribed antibiotics without explaining what he saw or why they were necessary. I left feeling rushed, unheard, and not properly examined.

My experience on the 7th was lovely. My experience today, on the 10th, was horrific. I came in because the prednisone, Flonase, and inhaler I was prescribed weren't working. I keep having and breaking fevers, my teeth feel like they're falling out of my mouth, I can't stop coughing or sneezing, and my vertigo got to the point I was having trouble standing. The doctor I met with laughed at me. He actually laughed at me. He said since I had no wheezing at that moment and no fever, I'm completely fine and nothing was wrong. Within two hours, my fever spiked back to 101. I have never paid money for someone to laugh at me while I cry about how much pain I'm in, how I can't sleep, how I keep getting fevers, never. But today you charged me $20 to do so. My appointment was one minute long during which I was disrespected and ridiculed. I cried leaving. This was the absolute worst doctor experience I've ever had. The doctor was black, bald, and wearing maroon scrubs. You should fire him or send him back to medical school. I will never return to your establishment, nor will I ever let one of my loved ones return, either. I hope at some point Summit Health prioritizes patients but since Summit Health as a network is full of such absolutely disgusting doctors, I doubt it.
