I had a great experience at CityMD thanks to Habiba. My veins are notoriously difficult to find, but she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and confident throughout the process. She explained everything clearly, found a vein quickly, and made the blood draw as smooth and painless as possible. Her professionalism, skill, and friendly attitude really stood out, and I felt completely at ease in her care. Habiba went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided.

I came to this CityMD location for an employer drug screen. The experience left a lot to be desired, to say the least They asked me to provide them with the copy of the drug screen authorization form which my employer had provided me. Since I didn't print out the form, they asked me to email it to them. I did so promptly from my phone but, due to technical difficulties at their end, it took almost half an hour for them to get the email. On top of all this, they asked me to fill out a elaborate online check-in form with a gazillion questions -- many of which were completely irrelevant. Why do they need to know my marital status??!! What does that have to do with an employer drug screen??!! To make matters worse, they only had one person working the front desk and she was rather aloof and borderline standoffish. I really expect better service from a big name chain like CityMD. My advice: avoid CityMD of Bayside at all costs. I only came here because my employer assigned me to this location. I would never choose this place when there are so many other options for Urgent Care in the area The only reason I'm giving this place two stars instead of one is that it has a modern, upscale decor. And once I got checked in, the drug screen was performed fairly expeditiously.
