I’ve been coming to CityMD for the past two weeks due to a work-related injury, and I have to say that from day one, the care and service have been amazing. The last three times I’ve visited, Dechen (Medical Assistant) has been an incredible help. She is always kind, caring, and professional. Emily and Jaylene have been extremely helpful as well. Emily has gone above and beyond to help coordinate my appointments with a specialist and has stayed on top of everything throughout the process. Being injured and dealing with workers’ compensation can be stressful, but the staff at CityMD have made the experience much easier. I truly appreciate all of their support, compassion, and dedication. I highly recommend the CityMD in Sunnyside to anyone looking for excellent medical care and outstanding staff.
