This review is a long time coming. I am no longer a patient here for many reasons, but one of the most heinous offenses this company has done was charge me a co-pay for an annual appointment (which is 100% covered by my insurance) all because I discussed a chronic condition with my doctor during the annual. Not sure why this constituted as a whole other appointment type, but they refused to budge and kept insisting I owed them a co-pay for the annual. It's clear that this doctor's office is only after money rather than actually HELPING PATIENTS. I'm sure they actually hope your health doesn't improve so you keep coming back to them. Other than that, I've waited HOURS for appointments only to be seen for a quick 5 min. The doctors seem rushed, burnt out, and uninterested in your health. DO NOT GO HERE.

Timara at the front desk was so helpful and nice to interact with …came in last week and assisted me with setting up my appointment…came in today and she was just as nice and volunteered to provide me with medical history I needed for my job…this place had horrible customer service and Timara is definitely a breath of fresh air..medical appointments can be very stressful and thanks to her everything felt smooth…the rest of the staff was just as nice …I was going to change locations but I am now going to stay because of this experience
