I am writing this review while being held at this CityMD for a mandated 3-hour period, waiting to provide a second urine sample, because of the staff's incompetence. I checked in for a pre-employment drug screen and waited an hour. The assistant finally called me, verified my info, and handed me the cup, telling me only to "pee to the line." She provided ZERO instruction on which specific restroom to use. Naturally, I used the clearly marked "Patients Only" restroom directly nearby. While I was mid-stream collecting the sample, the staff began aggressively knocking on the door, demanding I open it because I was in the "wrong bathroom." I had to yell back that the room was occupied and that I was in the middle of collection. When I finished, I was told the sample was void. The assistant then attempted to excuse her failure to direct me by claiming I had "stormed out" of the exam room—an utterly baseless and ridiculous statement meant only to shift the blame for her job failure. As a result of this colossal staff error and the intrusive, embarrassing interruption, I couldn't provide a second sample immediately. I am now stuck here for a potential three-hour waiting period—I cannot leave, or the test will be counted as a refusal/failure. This entire ordeal, which started with a one-hour wait, is now extending past two hours because one person couldn't clearly state which restroom to use. This is a massive waste of my time and a complete failure of basic procedural communication.
