Worst place to go to if you need a drug screening. My appointment was for 7:00PM. I walked in at 6:50PM and I checked in with the receptionist only to be told that they stop doing drug screenings at 6:30PM. That's an hour and a half before closing. I explained my urgency and how I set my appointment up on Saturday. I even got a conformation text/Email and forms to fill out the morning of my screening. They obviously knew what I was coming in for and what time I would be there for my service. What a waste of time. After all that the receptionist tells me to go to Quest Diagnostics in Riverdale. After explaining to the receptionist that I know there closed she reassured me that they are open till 11:00PM. So I drove myself over only to find out they were closed (which I knew they would be, hence why I made the mistake of making my appointment at CityMD in Norwood on Jerome Ave). Honestly I wouldn't send my enemies here, even if I had a gun to my head. I would rather drive them to anywhere but here. I can't imagine how it would be if I had to be seen by the doctor. Not sure if the employees are just lazy or what not. Please for the love of God, go somewhere else. Save yourself the headache, Thank me by boosting this review to the top. I will also be filing a formal complaint. If you cant do the job then quit and find something easier to do for a living cause this ain't for you.... Beside the headache, I found the best place which was the location the receptionist ment to say CityMD in Riverdale.... Not Quest Diagnostics in Riverdale like the receptionist had said to go to. I don't know how you can't remember your own network of CityMD when trying to assist me in another location. Of course she wouldn’t have told me to go to CityMD in Riverdale that would've saved me some time, gas and the headache of dealing with there ineptness. Forget the other review, this is the truth. Once in CityMD Riverdale I got to experience top quality service with human decency. I was told the truth about the Norwood location. Next time don't lie. If you dont wanna do the service then this job ain't for you.....
