Upon arrival, I was greeted professionally by the front desk representative, who politely collected my information and was very helpful throughout the check-in process. After completing my paperwork, I was asked to have a seat and was informed that the wait time to see the doctor would be short, which I appreciated. When I was brought into the exam room, the nurse assistant was very pleasant and engaged in a thoughtful conversation to understand my symptoms before the doctor arrived. She ensured everything was properly documented, which I found to be very professional. I was then seen by Dr. P. Atkinson, who was courteous and attentive. He listened carefully, examined my lungs to assess my breathing, and quickly identified that I had a bad cold. I was very pleased with the level of care I received.
