It is a private clinic to which I recommend that if you do not want to go a lot or long appointment in normal health system visit Good attention, the most you expect is 1 hour, it's very good, they give you exams quickly and they give you the results and diagnosis in less than two hours, And you're on your way home. March 6 I decided to go to this location because I went to the other one at Webster sometime ago for a leg injury and the doctor did not touch me didn’t look at the leg gave me the referral that didn’t even reach out to me like they said then sent me a big bill months later. I booked the appointment online for 1 got there 12:47 the young lady at the front desk told me to check in on my phone and sit down, didn’t care to listen to why I was there. There was only 3 people seated when I got there I was early so I didn’t mind waiting sometime my issue was not that serious. 1 pm still nothing 1:30 still waiting I waited and waited and waited more people kept coming it got to a point where it was only me there and I still was ignored until more people came and got through before me by then I was there until 2:27 mind you I got there checked in from 12:47 and was still being ignore. I decided to leave and just go to another location. I booked my appointment at the Webster location for 3 I got there at 2:38 I checked in on my phone and I sat down the young lady at the front desk came up to me asked if I needed help with anything I told her I checked in on my phone already, she told me she’ll help with anything else I need. I then showed her my paperwork turns out they needed to see my paperwork so they could confirm something on their end which this location didn’t even do. 3pm and I’m being helped I saw the doctor and everything was completed. The ladies at this location needs to take a page from Webster girls! The doctors are always rude and rushy but the Ma and receptionist that worked this day (march 6,2026) just perfect, work tidy and professional. I didn’t get the names of the ladies but they are super nice and helpful extremely patient as well but the ones here don't understand their job.
