i always have a good experience at this cohens location. the employees are nice and welcoming. Nico helped me choose glasses around a month ago, and he was super helpful and kind. even though i’m quite picky with frames and sometimes feel annoying, he didn’t make me feel bad at all and even gave great advice. awesome customer service. i plan to stay with cohens for a while. thank you again, Nico!

Avoid this place. I ordered a frame and was told it would be ready in 10 days and it was a big mistake. After a full month, they called to say the frame was out of stock. When I asked for a refund, they started ghosting me. I dealt directly with Nico - every call turns into being put on hold, told the manager isn’t available, or “it’s not up to us.” This has gone on for weeks with no refund. On top of that, the staff is rude and dismissive. This place appears to order frames online for about 1/3 of the price and resell them with zero service or accountability. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Do not go here unless you want to get robbed. Check their BBB reviews before you want to do any business with them.
