If you’re looking for a reliable provider, this is not the right office. I was a patient of Dr. Mordi for about a year and, unfortunately, had far more negative experiences than positive ones. Communication with the office is extremely difficult—staff are often unavailable, and obtaining medication refills requires contacting them at least three weeks in advance to avoid running out. Appointments are frequently scheduled but not honored, which is both frustrating and concerning. It often feels as though appointments are billed without the patient actually receiving care. Overall, this practice is unprofessional, unreliable, and lacks consideration for individuals managing mental health conditions. I have since decided to leave the practice and am now facing unnecessary back-and-forth just to obtain my medical records. I will not be returning as a patient and would not recommend this office to others.

First off id like too say Toby the manager is helpful in his administrative task thank you ,the staff picks up the phone almost all the time right away even when the dr is busy ,dr mordí is very understanding and has alot of experience Thank you too dr mordí, Toby and his staff .
