The customer service and guidance provided by the staff was great 👍 Especially Ms. Michelle who officially signed me in, she clarified any misconceptions I had patiently and made my presence feel valid!. I'm happy I choose this testing center. Excellent customer service 👏 which played a huge role in not escalating my anxiety level.

I took my PMP exam at this location and would definitely return if needed. The facility was clean and spacious, with security staff stationed along the way to help guide you — which was especially helpful since reaching the 13th floor requires taking two separate elevators. Once on the correct floor, clean restrooms were conveniently located nearby. The staff handling check-in were friendly and helpful. They provided a locker with a key you keep during the exam, along with a calculator, laminated paper with a pen, and the option of noise-canceling headphones or earplugs. A water cooler was also available just outside the testing room, which was convenient if you didn’t want to access your locker. Overall, I had a great experience, and I passed my exam.
