Similar to one other person referencing Lynn Holcomb Belles, I had a 10:30am appointment today and logged on in time. No one came on the call for over 9 minutes when it had disconnected. I get a notification 2 minutes later that someone finally joined the call, but the lack of respect for someone's time and unprofessional for a virtual appointment is disconcerting and disheartening from someone in this type of profession. I will not pay for this service if charged due to the lack of response; when called as well, no one left a voicemail referencing an attempt to get in contact with me. Seems no one cares enough to check if you actually need assistance.

This review is specifically for Kayla Nebbit and and woman or girl suffering with Endo or any hormonal symptoms. I came to see her almost 10 years ago and I can still picture her face staring at me blanky and googly eyed with no resolution or help to any of my problems. I am now looking over my records and my notes and I see how she completely dismissed me and did not use her brain to further investigate my symptoms. It took me over 10 years to figure out I had Endometriosis and Adenomyosis and it started with her neglect. She did nothing to explore my symtoms or see why I was suffering and I want to warn anyone else who is struggling that if she dismisses your pain then it's time to move on. I hope in 10 years she has become more educated but It was still important for me to share my experience.
