They offended me by showing up an hour late, not acknowledging it, and then not asking me if I had any further question, getting up to leave after barely 20 minutes of speaking and not really telling me anything I didn’t know. I had to stop them from leaving to ask a question and I felt like they were trying to leave after 15 m. They seemed as though they were impatient and didn’t really care that much about my issues or helping me.

Dr Fitzpatrick is knowledgable and passionate about her craft.She explains my results ,my progress, and future plans of recovery in detail that’s understandable

I scheduled an appointment days ago through Mount Sinai's app. This doctor messages one of the front desk staff members to then call me to let me know that i cannot come in today because she doesn't do same day EMGs with new patients without an initial evaluation. So because she didn't look at her calendar days ahead i am being inconvienced after i took a half day off of work to make this appointment. On top of that i asked the woman on the phone, Chassy who was just down right rude because i had follow up questions as if im messing up her day which is constant with mount sinai front desk staff, to ask the doctor to call me directly but apparently this doctor doesn't call to talk to patients because she has a full schedule. So you can charge patients hundreds and hundreds of dollars to come talk to you for 15 minutes but you cant make a quick phone call to discuss my issue with your service to a new patient. I was informed by a mount Sinai doctor to obtain the EMG so as to why she needs me to come in for a consultation is what the individual on the phone could not answer so i wished to speak to the doctor but apparently that was not possible. I even asked if she could reach out to the doctor to find out and she refused. I suggest anyone going to this place be ready for horrible customer service to the least.

Dr. Fitzpatrick is very thorough. She listens, and provides the best guidance and advice for her patient’s specific needs. I’ve had trouble finding the appropriate care providers for other issues that resulted in my migraines. Dr. Fitzpatrick referred and recommended care for not only my migraines but helped guide me to other providers, where I am now getting the care I need.

Staff are very friendly and professional. The doctor was very thorough, asked questions allowed wait time for me to answer and explained every thing that she did during the visit. She concluded by requesting a virtual visit after all recommended tests were completed
