I scheduled the earliest appointment available. As a new patient, I understand that the intake and processing can take some time, so I wouldn’t say I was in and out—but that’s to be expected. Patience is key, and overall the process went very smoothly. When I arrived to check in, the woman at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. As someone who is severely visually impaired, I truly appreciated that she took the time to assist me with completing my paperwork. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot. From there, everything was smooth sailing. I didn’t feel nervous or anxious at all. In fact, the nurses’ personalities kept me entertained and laughing the entire time. You don’t even get a chance to feel overwhelmed because they create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The morning team is definitely the best🤍
