Comprehensive Podiatry Center the medical office assistants lack professionalism and is unapologetic when they make a mistake. February 5, 2024 I entered this facility with my appointment card saying February 5, 2024 9am the office assistant looked at her computer screen and told me the appointment is February 15, 2024. They wasted my time. For a longtime I have been getting turned off from this place. Comprehensive Podiatry Center would bill my medicare insurance plan and send me bills saying I owe for something then when I call them they would say disregard the bill. Dr. Cohen owns the practice and every statement I receive from medicare has his name, yet he never wants to address the lack of incompetency going on in his practice.

This place is a complete scam. They will send bills for previously paid appointments. When you call for clarification, they will throw all professionalism out the window and claim they don’t have record. Meanwhile, I have record from my insurance and my medical expenses. Avoid at all costs. Edit: In addition to poorly documented payment history. The podiatrist I saw here gave me the worst orthotics which I paid $500.00 out of pocket for. I had to see a new podiatrist less than 9 months after receiving my first pair. The podiatrist also gave me a PT referral. I learned recently that what I am experiencing is a genetic, structural issue. Meaning no amount of PT will fix what I have going on, I spent 5 months in PT. I’ve wasted hundreds, if not thousands of dollars because of this degenerate doctor at this practice.
