Very hard to get through to someone on the phone but not impossible. Once you do get someone on the line they are very helpful in attending whatever your needs are , the doctors here are great with children very much worth the wait. Ive never had a problem with staff or any receptionist

I was shocked to read so many poor Google reviews. And that was before I had any real interaction with this facility. However, once things got underway, I quickly found out exactly what everyone's complaining about. Prior to my son's visit, they were supposed to have sent paperwork for my wife and me to fill out. Not only did we receive nothing, but when they called to confirm the upcoming appointment, and I told them to send the paperwork, they promised but still never sent the paperwork. And then there's the impossible task of trying to reach anyone here by phone. Impossible. You call and hit every prompt imaginable, including the operator, and get the same message to leave a message. However, at the end of the recording, it cuts off immediately, not allowing anyone to leave a message. In my desperation, today I punched the prompt going to Billing. The phone picked up and I heard a woman's voice in the background chatting. When my "...hello.." wasn't responded to, I hung up and called back, only to be greeted with a prompt telling me to put in my ID. What ID? At every turn so far our experience with this facility has been a nightmare. And it hasn't even started really.
