Doctor Grace Kim is so polite and very understanding of situations. She is the best doctor I have ever met. She is very welcoming and has a great personality; does not make you feel uncomfortable at all. She truly cares about her patients and I love that she remembers who you are as well. Loved her. However, the receptionist at the front desk are very rude. It’s the third time in a row that they do not greet with a warm welcome. You tell them you are here for your appointment and they completely ignore you. They didn’t even tell me to take a sit or even answered me at all. They had a big attitude and treated me poorly. A Hispanic nurse had to assist me when she saw that the two other receptions completely ignored me.  It was my first time meeting the Hispanic nurse and she assisted me kindly and was very patient with me.  Overall the doctor is the best but the front desk receptionist are the worst and most rudest women I have ever encountered with. Doctor 10/10, Front Desk Receptionist 1/10

Love Dr. Apoeso my son has been coming to her since 2 days old he is 11, my brother and sister have been coming for 13 years. They now see Dr.Molly She's good as well. Only thing I Don't like the new appointment making system. It's a hassle for working parents. You call and wait on hold and expect to make an appointment only to be told to wait for a call back. By the time u receive the call back it's 2 days later or during the hours your at work. Please update your clients when you make new arrangements to systems it causes confusion.
