I was a patient here from 2014 to 2016ish. I was age 14-16. Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had. The therapist, I believe her name was Kirsten/Kristen, was incredibly fat-phobic. She wanted me to attend gym to workout and refused to do anything else. Instead of addressing my depression and my difficult time of getting out of bed to do basic things such as bathing and other basic needs. Never spoke much during our sessions, on occasions she had an attitude which made me think there was something going on at home. Just to clarify, as a teenager and patient, it was not my position to be concerned about her. Rather it was her position to be concerned with me. Had she done her job correctly I would’ve been diagnosed with my eating disorder much sooner. Her words/actions still have an effect on me today, at age 21. I’m not sure if she still works here but wherever she does work, I hope it’s not with children. Please avoid this place at all cost!

If you love your child, don’t go here. All they do is lie and catch attitudes. The attitudes from the staff is disgusting, especially the front desk. Whether you’re a new patient or old patient, your appointment time means nothing. On your first day there, be prepared to spend 10 minutes filling out all their paperwork but have to wait at least 4 hours to be seen. Why? Because according to them it takes 4-6 hours to do intake. What’s intake? You filling out forms that takes a few minutes and them making copies which also takes minutes. So don’t be fooled by that 8:30 am appointment.
