I am a patient of this practice. The doctors are great. The office staff is completely unintersted in patients. The office failed to provide my insurance for one very large bill. I've been in touch with the office managers for months, they never apologized for not doing their job nor are they willing to help resolve the issue. Billing is not a patient's responsibility.

Dr Sain Lu is the best doctor I've ever seen. No doctors have ever read my medical history before seeing me. She's the first! She went over my medical history carefully with me to ensure she got the correct understanding. I have a special condition that does require special care. She is also very respectful. When she saw me wearing a mask, she would immediately put one on. She also has a very light hearted spirit. So is her assistant! The entire experience was very pleasant. Their instructions and follow ups were also very detailed. Dr Lu is definitely highly recommended!!
