I had a really great experience working with Mikayla during my apartment search. She was super helpful from start to finish and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Do not move here. I have lived here for less than a year and have already submitted more maintenance requests than in any previous apartment combined. The elevators are constantly out of service. The concierge regularly fails to perform basic duties; delivery drivers are left standing outside for extended periods with no assistance. The pool and dog park are poorly maintained and often unusable. Most recently, a water leak originating several floors above my unit reached my apartment. Management’s response was to install loud industrial fans that are required to run for multiple days, including overnight, with no accommodation offered beyond ‘sorry for the inconvenience.’ There is serious concern about mold given the extent of the water damage and the fact that neighbors have confirmed this is a recurring issue in the building. Management is unresponsive, under-equipped, and appears structurally incapable of resolving issues that should be basic to operating a residential building. If you are considering this building, please keep looking. No amenity or price point is worth the consistent failure to uphold basic tenant rights. You will spend your lease chasing repairs that never come and paying full rent for a fraction of what was promised.
