Refusing to write a letter that properly addresses a disabled person's needs is a form of disability discrimination. I will be filing civil rights violations against this doctor. As the doctor is stopping me from getting the proper housing needed as I am disabled and he refuses to write a letter that is professional and medically necessary. I tried to explain this to him and he yelled at me over the phone telling me I cannot tell him how to write the letter. A doctor who works with elderly people shouldn't be yelling at anyone or discriminating on disabilities.

I called today to make an appointment for my mom’s sleep apnea test and the girl who answers has the nastiest attitude. If you don’t know how to speak to people then just look for another job where you don’t have to pick up phones and speak to people like they’re beneath you. Looking elsewhere to get my mom’s apnea test because she is definitely not going to this place.
