Centro Medico Perez Pc

I usually see Dr. Perez, who has been fine and does his job well. However, today I walked in without an appointment and was seen by a different doctor. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, didn’t seem to listen, repeated the same questions, and never properly addressed my pain. The entire experience was frustrating and upsetting. I would strongly discourage anyone from seeing her, this was by far the worst medical experiences I’ve had.

Usually medical offices and their service isn’t something I would be attentive of but Salvador Perez Medical PC really felt like I was finally seen as an actual patient and person. Previously I had been attending another primary doctor that often overlooked or wouldn’t provide me a lot of information about my blood work or well-being. However, once I was seen at alvador Perez Medical PC the doctor who attended me was very friendly, genuine, attentive and wouldn’t make you feel like you were simply another patient they wanted to get over with. She was able to reassure me and provide me information about anything that may have appeared concerning in my blood work tests which was what stood out to me. She actually listened to my concerns and read out loud my vitamin levels and anything I had questions about. Previously, I had certain concerns that were overlooked by my old doctor but at Salvador Perez Medical PC I was able to get a referral for these concerns and get checked to make sure I was okay. They also let me know to provide her with the information as she wanted to be aware and if there was any way she could help with medications or treatment. In which is where they detected my stomach bacteria, H.pylori and recently I had a check up at Salvador Perez Medical PC to make sure it was gone. The first time I ran the test it had messed up, but they let me know right away the next day if I could come in to retake it. A downside I would point out is the wait time, usually on busier days it is inevitable for there to be a longer wait time in the office. I’d recommend making appointments on days throughout the week rather than the weekend so it’ll give you a shorter wait time. However, I suggest having patience as they only have two main doctors checking on patients and if you possibly don’t like waiting this may not be the right place. Overall, Salvador Perez Medical PC was able to provide me a great sense of confort and security when it came to my health and well-being. I highly appreciate the type of athmosphere and place they created where when you step-in and are checked they treat you more than doctors notes. Based off my personal experience, I would greatly recommend this medical office to anyone looking for doctors who listen to you and not just treat you like medical charts.
