My father is currently a resident on the second floor at this Rehabilitation center.While the facility could benefit from some renovations and there is occasionally a noticeable urine odor in the hallways, I understand that caring for many elderly residents comes with challenges. What truly stands out is the dedication and compassion of the staff. Lina is amazing and always makes sure my father has his ice packs frozen his portable refrigerator and that he is comfortable. Issa is incredibly helpful and kind, always ready to help and responds quickly whenever we need his assistance . Thank you to Lina , Issa and Ania ( she is amazing too) and the entire team ( there are 2 more male staff members who are always helpful and friendly. I don’t know their names yet, but I will update my review once I find out. The entire staff on the second floor is amazing.
