CPW is absolutely fantastic !! An amazing location right by Central Park, and everyone there is so kind and helpful. I’ve really loved the massages with Sarah (she is so intuitive, and I can feel the lasting effects on my perpetually sore / tight areas). I normally get nervous about chiropractor adjustments but these are tailored to what I need and each move is deliberate. I spend a lot of time hunched over a computer, and I feel miles better about my neck and shoulders after several sessions at CPW. Highly, highly recommend

I have been going to CPW Wellness for over two years and have experienced a tremendous transformation in my physical health. I cannot thank their staff enough for the hard work they do to better your wellbeing and quality of life. After years of back pain, I reluctantly started my chiropractic journey. Throughout this time period, I have learned so much more about my own physical anatomy, as well as how to better it moving forward. This is due to their incredible staff. Everyone is knowledgeable, open to questions, and easy to communicate with. Outside of the medical sphere, their team works hard to ensure diligent reminders for every appointment; I don't know what I would do without them! They are also flexible if you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen inconvenience. In totality, I would describe this office as incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming. Further, all of the doctors I have worked with also have an incredibly strong medical understanding of how to make adjustments that truly impact your day-to-day life. They ensure to assess you and ask your current state immediately upon arrival. They have always answered my multiple medical questions with strong diligence and ease. However, I think the most important element of my time with CPW Wellness is how much they have changed my life. Even my family acknowledges how I rarely speak about my back pain anymore, if it all. I am very grateful to this team for the hard work they do to make you feel comfortable, while still making tremendous improvements on your spine health. Thus, I would highly recommend CPW Wellness to anyone that is looking to better their physical health. I can assure you won't find a more caring team.
