Purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership, and from day one it has had serious electrical issues. Multiple error messages (engine, lane assist, electrical system, key detection) appeared within the first week. The dealership failed to properly document my initial complaint and instead told me to “drive 5,000 miles,” which was completely inappropriate given the severity of the issues. There is also an active safety recall (78C) related to potential fire risk that has remained unresolved since November. Despite this, scheduling service has been extremely difficult, with constant cancellations and delays. I transport my children with disabilities in this vehicle daily, and the fact that we are driving a car with an unresolved fire-related recall is extremely concerning. The infotainment system is also defective (Bluetooth disconnects, screen flickers), and replacing the screen did not resolve the issue. Very disappointing and unsafe experience. I would not recommend this dealership. When you lease a vehicle at this price point, you expect reliability and safety — not constant errors and a potential risk to your life.
