Dr is very thorough and conscientious,she take her time. I have my two children at this office. And wait time shouldn't be an issue if at most a child see a Doctor 2 to 4 times a year . She a great Dr who been here for years.

My first visit started out ok: the staff were nice (except for one) and the doctor was friendly and took her time meeting with me and my child. Pretty much went downhill after that. The wait time is ridiculous,often at least 2.5 to 3 hours for a visit; one staff member took my child's weight and then handed me a thermometer and told me to take the temperature (unprofessional!). She also scheduled me for an appointment except when I got there I was told I was scheduled as a walk in, but it didn't matter because the wait time is about the same. The doctor also seemed a bit put off that I had taken my child to see a specialist without a referral from her; she made it seem like I needed her permission. Whether that was the case or not, her attitude was off putting.
