This is an exceptionally well run housing cooperative. Very solid financially. It is 12 buildings across to two different campuses and 1221 Apartments. There is an on-site management staff of 4 in the office (standard business hours), 24 hour security on both campuses (both in the booth and also walking rounds), multiple laundry rooms, and a package room for deliveries. They have live in super and several dozen staff for maintenance and upkeep. There is a small parking lot but the waiting list is very very long.
