Went there for the 1st time this morning.I was taken on time staff was nice friendly and kind and welcoming.Dr Melissa Bhikham is a wonderful dr kind compassiknate listened to me and very throurogh.The nurse was sweet and the young women who took my blood was sweet gentle and conginal . Everyone treated both my husband and I with kindess respect and did their job well. Clean enviorment as well.Will definatly be going back there again

This location has been very disappointing for patients with real medical needs. A medical office should offer reliability, respect, and accessible care—unfortunately, this location consistently falls short in all of these areas. Melissa Bhikham needs to choose another community to work in. With the lack of available physician hours, what purpose does she serve here? Given the limited availability of physicians at this location, it’s unclear how patient needs—especially those of working parents—are truly being supported. I arrived 18 minutes late due to unavoidable circumstances and was already present in the waiting room, yet there was no flexibility or attempt to understand the reason for my visit. What was most disappointing was that no one took a moment to ask why I was there. I did not expect extensive treatment or procedures; I simply needed to review recent emergency room results and obtain a specialist referral. A brief, respectful conversation could have clarified this, but that effort was never made. When a practice cannot accommodate working families, shows no willingness to assess patient needs, and offers limited physician access, it raises serious concerns about its commitment to the community it serves. Patients deserve providers who are accessible, attentive, and willing to engage—even briefly—when health concerns are involved. When I have needed specialist referrals in the past, several were outdated and led to providers who were no longer practicing. This created unnecessary stress and wasted time, and suggests poor system updates. Front desk communication is another major concern. One receptionist in particular was dismissive and condescending in her tone. This woman needs to be trained in basic communication etiquette. Sitting in the waiting room and hearing her speak to a patient made me nauseated. It was troubling to experience and even more concerning to imagine elderly or hard-of-hearing patients being treated this way. Basic professionalism and patient-centered communication appear to be lacking. For quite some time, I have been looking for a new physician and have been putting it off. I am actually grateful for the terrible experience I had today, as it has given me the motivation to find a place that operates with a bit more humanness.
