If I could place no stars I would. I’ve been coming here for so long now unfortunately because they are open saturdays and are very close to my house. Every time I try to make an appointment it’s a battle with the receptionist. She has no customer service or empathy for people which is not the right person you should have in that position. She screams at you when you walk in or call “what do you want.” Which I find to be very unprofessional and also I do not need the entire waiting room to know the reason why I am here. I don’t want to feel uncomfortable in a space where I should feel safe and comfortable.

I don't know if the owners reads these reviews but they should, and take actions if they want to remain in business, I have been a patient of this doc office over 2 years doing my regular check up as I'm diabetic, October 10th 2023, I called to make an appointment the old receptionist lady picked up the phone, I said what I wanted, and she hung up on me, I called back she picked up, when I said I want to make appointment she hung up on me AGAIN, I called back phone rang without answer, I waited 30 mins hoping someone else picks up, but unfortunately she did, I told her I want to make my appointment and AGAIN this lady hung up, I called the Brooklyn office told them I want to complain on her. Call back after and same thing, so what I did was to Google another doctor and immediately made an appointment with them. So here goes losing a patient that has been loyal for over 2 years all because that old receptionist lady does not know anything about good customer service, and at the rate she is going patient's will stop coming. Doctors are great but that lady needs to go!!!!!
