I Do not Recommend. The first time I was seen by doctor Perry [February 2026] I became extremely worried. The staff wanted to take my picture and that it is a red flag for a doctor collecting unnecessary and private information to sell. She also demanded a retinal scan for which I never received the results or the need. The staff is rude and disrespectful and frequently failed to meet my needs. The main office of this practice is in Brooklyn, NY far from Buffalo, NY for unknown reasons and they are very different than Buffalonians. Stay away.

Care Medical is truly a breath of fresh air! I was so impressed to find a practice that offers same-day evening appointments. The staff was incredibly friendly and genuine. I was in and out within 35 minutes, and my prescription had already been sent to the pharmacy before I even left.
