The front desk staff are never friendly. You walk in no greeting , the staff are sitting behind computers frowning. Even if there isn't a line, You have to greet them first to even get them to look up at you and address your concern. However the doctors here are very nice. I would recommend because I usually get into this urgent care quick fast and once you pass front desk the experience gets better. Front desk staff definitely need hospitality and customer service training, very unprofessional and rude.

Literally the worst urgent care you can go to in Queens. Everyone that works there is rude. They make you wait for over an hour while the doctors are in the back just laughing and talking to each other the entire time. I’ve had 3 horrible experiences with them so far. The place definitely needs to look into hiring new doctors that actually want to do their job and receptionists that actually want to do their job. Don’t work in the medical field if you don’t have mannerism for your patients.
