I have always had a positive experience going to Oak Street health. Doctor Aarti Chopra is thorough in checking the details of my health. She's very knowledgeable in the health conditions of the elderly. The staff is very friendly and warm. I love the fact that transportation is always provided. I don't have to wait long. The time when they give me is the time that I am called in to see the doctor. I never even have to wait for transportation.

I'm proud to be a patient of the Oak Street Cambria Heights medical team. Whenever my husband and I visits for care, we are identified and greeted not by name alone but by face. This makes me feel secure and calm. During my visits I am treated with respect, individuality in care of professionals. I'm informed of my lab results with print out for me personal records and my follow up appointments. I receive reminder text and calls, of which seniors really appreciates. I really appreciate the transportation service I receive, when needed. The lounge is comfortable and quiet. Being able to read, watch TV or get a cup of hot beverage, water and a snack; make me feel at home and welcoming. The staff passing through the lounge area, always greet patients waiting to be called and that makes me more relaxed. Clinical staff always escort me to the treatment or examination room. The waiting periods are only but a few minutes and I like that. I referred several individuals to Oak Street and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work team. See you soon. Jeanette Clarke
