I've had nothing but professional and friendly experiences with the management and staff at this establishment. I've never had any kind of excessive wait or less than excellent service. It's what I expect in healthcare and none of the employees have ever disappointed.

I truly don’t like this clinic. As others have stated, the wait time is unbearable. I believe that if you live closer to the clinic, they intentionally make you wait the longest. Every time my appointment was scheduled around 12 p.m., 1 p.m., or 2 p.m., my family or I would ALWAYS leave when they close at 5 p.m., despite showing up early or on time. Also, when I finally do see my "primary doctor" (Dr. Chantel Amarillo), she gives basic answers or responses to any concerns I have, or she looks on the internet to diagnose my issues instead of trying to determine the underlying cause. Countless times, I had to tell her or other doctors here, to check for EVERYTHING or that I don’t want certain procedures done. Instead, they tell me to do it anyway, check for whatever they want, and say all my issues are due to a "lack of exercise or my posture," despite me being active all my life. My issues are recent and are progressively getting worse. Now, I have to go to other doctor offices to figure out what is truly wrong with me, since this clinic doesn’t try, lack the experience and I believe, doesn’t care.
