NO STARS!!! Absolutely disgusted with how this office has turned into!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Reddy for over 30 years. selling the building to the new owners, who care more about money & what does your insurance pay is beyond unethical. “Why are they asking 85-year-old woman if she is pregnant? Let’s send you, for bloodwork to make sure.” Never answer the phone. ask a question they don’t know. You have a 11 o’clock appointment but don’t get Seen until an hour or two later. The same goes for the dental office. Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to go !!! Front desk receptions, obnoxious and rude. If you’re gonna be in the medical field, be knowledgeable of your job. Don’t catch an attitude because people ask questions and you’re incapable of answering. Unprofessional and insensitive. On top of all that, you go for a yearly and you have to hound them for the results. When you do get through, they want you to come back in to get the results and pay an additional co-pay.
