LOVE this ryan health location. Check in is super easy and wait time is reasonable to see a doctor. I love my primary care Doctor and all the nurses i’ve dealt with there. Sometimes the wait time for labs or imaging can be a bit long but that happens almost anywhere. Overall a great location with great doctors and I’ve had many negative medical experiences over the years. So glad I landed here.

for over a year i’ve been trying to get establish with a pcp , made an appointment at the Wash Heights location and they canceled my appointment for some reason , make another appointment at the 97th location i confirmed 3 times and the day before my appointment they cancel it bc she’s a diabetes specialist if i specialists can’t do primary care as well why have it on the website will not be coming back here
