I've been here twice and will not be back. During my second visit, I saw the ophthalmologist who had no idea why I was there even though I was referred to her by the optometrist at this very office. For some reason, she was very rude about not knowing why I was there. During my second appointment, I was given a vision test, but they told me to come back in six weeks for the results. Are you kidding, can't the doctor just tell me? For both appointments, I've had to wait two hours after the time of my appointment to be seen. It's totally unprofessional. People have other things to do and can't sit in the cramped waiting area all day. I could not imagine a worse vision center. I have since switched to a much more professional.

I would give a zero if possible. Their service is deplorable and I waited 2-3 hours. They don't care about their service at all and just focus on selling glasses. Both the doctors and employees carry themselves as if they own the place. They wouldn't even release my prescription after putting me through their exam. To gain access to YOUR OWN prescription, one has to pay a fee $60. Its total B.S. Please do not waste your time with this place. It is not worth it.
