He was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, which really put me at ease. I didn’t want to go the surgical route, and he carefully explained how we could subtly lift the tip of my nose with filler. I went back multiple times and he was always caring, attentive, and professional. I’ve definitely noticed a difference—it’s a very natural, subtle shift, exactly what I wanted. I had been considering breast augmentation for nearly 20 years and went on several consultations before meeting Dr. Brian Forley—and from the very first appointment, it was clear he stood far above the rest. During our initial consultation, he spent two full hours with me - something unheard of compared to the quick 15–20 minute consults I’d had elsewhere. Ultimately, he made the call to postpone surgery for my safety until everything cleared, which showed me how much he truly cares about his patients’ well-being above all else. When we finally proceeded with the surgery, I was very nervous as I’m a total overthinker when it comes to health but Dr. Forley was patient and kind every step of the way. He answered every email (and there were many!) with understanding and never once made me feel like a burden. Now, eight months post-op, I can confidently say the results are beyond what I hoped for. My breasts look and feel incredible; natural, symmetrical, and beautifully proportioned. Even friends who’ve had their own augmentations can’t stop complimenting how amazing mine turned out. I’ve genuinely had people tell me it’s the best boob job they’ve ever seen. I’m endlessly grateful to Dr. Forley not only for his skill, but for his professionalism, compassion, and steady presence throughout this journey. I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. He is, without question, an exceptional surgeon and a true gem.
