I brought my ex-husband to this office for a biopsy of skin lesions. They perform the biopsy the same day and it took two weeks to hear from them. When we did and revisited this office in Woodside we were told that a second biopsy was needed to determine exactly what subcategory infection is present and that would be determined with another biopsy with culture. It turns out they did the second biopsy but never requested the culture. Instead they requested another pathology. Then had the audacity to tell us that if a culture is needed to ask the referring physician which culture was needed so they can do a third biopsy. This is a disgrace to the medicinal practice rendered by this office. Also, when expressing concerns with staff, you’re responded to with contempt and hang ups. Never once acknowledging their mistake and apology. And of course charging the insurance company and patient for the service they rendered. We were seen by the physician assistant. She’s not even a doctor. DO NOT SEEK ANY SERVICE FROM THIS OFFICE OR DOCTORS!! When you can’t have a medical office execute what was advised and agreed on, why would you want any service offered from them. They also offer an array of cosmetic services. DON’T DO IT!! Lastly communicate your plight with your insurance company because NO ONE SHOULD GET PAID FOR SERVICES NOT PROVIDED!! And yes, we do have both reports to prove this review!!
