I am not usually someone who nitpicks the little things. If a prescription gets sent to a different pharmacy than I requested and it's still nearby, that's not what matters most to me. What matters is receiving quality care, and that is exactly what I received during my visit today. I came in exhausted, injured, and overwhelmed. My team had been giving me conflicting information regarding line-of-duty injury documentation, and as a very tired educator, I was struggling to navigate the workers' compensation process on my own. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me with professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness. Karina and Wendy were incredible. They helped me navigate the workers' compensation process seamlessly, made copies of all the paperwork I needed, and ensured I understood what steps to take next. Karina even kindly offered me an ice pack for my face, a small gesture that meant a great deal when I was in pain. Wendy is an expert. Her knowledge and guidance immediately put me at ease. Mike was kind and attentive, helped prepare me for my appointment, and wished me a speedy recovery. It is clear that he truly cares about the patients he serves. I have seen Tedi several times over the years, and he has always been exceptional. He takes his time with each patient, provides individualized treatment and instructions, answers questions thoroughly, and respects patient autonomy. I never feel rushed, and I always leave feeling informed and cared for. This is a remarkable team of professionals who work together to provide outstanding patient care. The guidance, expertise, and kindness shown to me today were unforgettable. To anyone visiting this urgent care: remember that healthcare workers are people too.
